该机是*针对工业纸板、灰纸板、密度板等各种板材V槽加工。采用新型的大滚筒式无尘开槽，把要开V槽的纸板无间隙的包在直径600MM大滚筒上，多组皮带压紧，确保纸板开槽不会位移，从而保证开槽的尺寸及角度的精准。采用该机具有*、*率、刀具*、持久稳定等特点。
This machine is designed for slotting V-shaped groove on industrial paperboard, grey board, MDF and other boards. It is a new roller- slotting machine，which wrap the paperboard closely on the surface of the roller (The diameter is 600mm) and its belts compact the paperboard making the board not move and both the size and the angle accurate.二、显著特点/Advantages and characteristics
1、*率：本机是现有V槽机速度的2-3倍，操作简单，仅需一人可完成整机操作；
2、开槽效果：V槽表面光滑，槽距及角度精确。没有毛边，生产天地盖及皮壳板可以选择。
3、快速调刀：角度70-140度手柄任意调节，深度任意调节。
4、刀具*：采用进口*钨钢材料，纸板、中纤板均可开槽。
5、环保：作业时没有噪音，没有灰尘，V槽的废料整条回收。
6、节能：整机功率仅为1.5KW，老式V槽机功率为13KW左右，降低了生产能耗。
