JL-1200D全自动开槽机，综合了JL-1200半自动无尘开槽机和JL-1200B推机式自动开槽机诸多优点，科学升级，精心改良。通过*皮带的摩擦力以及调节板厚的限位装置达到自动、*、连续进板；通过两边铝导轨以及可调节弹性滚针轴承装置导向，自动纠偏定位灰板；数条皮带将要开槽的纸板与滚筒无间隙捆绑输送到刀具位置进行开槽，开槽尺寸角度精准。速度是以往人工送板速度的数倍（30-45米/分钟）。

    This machine combines the advantages of JL-1200 semi-automatic dust-proof slotting machine and JL-1200B automatic slotting machine, which is improved scientifically and carefully. It can feed the board automatically, efficiently and continuously by the friction of belt and the limiter adjusting thickness of the board. It can adjust and position the grey board by aluminum rail and adjustable elastic needle bearing. The belts send the board to the blade for slotting by bind it to the cylinder and the slotting size and angle is accurate. Its speed is several times faster than before feed board manually（30-45m/min）.
